Insurance

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK, ELECTRONIC BILL PAY, AND CREDIT CARDS. 

 

Insurance 

All clients will be charged the full fee for a visit for each treatment until verification is obtained. Insurance verification is expected to be completed prior to the initial consultation appointment. Quiet Waters Wellness Center’s fees are determined by the complexity of the case and the different services used during treatment. 

Any balance due on treatments is the responsibility of the client regardless of whether the insurance company pays or not. 

Quiet Waters Wellness Center (QWWC) cannot bill your insurance company unless you provide all the insurance information. The insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. QWWC is not a party to that contract. Clients are also responsible for notifying QWWC immediately of any changes in their insurance information.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

An HSA is a tax advantage account that can help pay for qualified medical expenses.  Acupuncture is an eligible medical expense. Therefore, Quiet Waters Wellness Center accepts HSA payments.

Superbill

Quiet Waters Wellness Center will provide a superbill, for acupuncture services only, by request. However, superbills are not available upon same day of service. Please provide a minimum of 2-3 business days for completion of requests for a superbill. Superbills will not be emailed, as they contain sensitive medical and personal data, but can be picked up at the front desk. QWWC reserves the right to charge any fees deemed necessary.
