Cancellation of an Appointment
There is a 24hr cancellation policy with a $35 cancellation fee.
We accept text messages and voicemails as valid forms of cancellation for any appointment.
To maintain a professional practice, we ask our clients to be respectful of the medical needs of other clients. If you are unable to keep your appointment time, please notify us promptly so that this time will be reallocated to someone that may be in urgent need of treatment.
Late Cancellation
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no-show”
No Show Policy
A no-show is someone who misses an appointment without giving the proper 24hr cancellation notice. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be documented in clients chart and a fee of $35 for administration will be charged on next client visit.
